Townline was founded by Daniel Lederman, who has years of New York City focused real estate experience. Prior to Townline, Mr. Lederman sourced off-market transactions that now offer access to a plethora of exceptional asset opportunities.
Townline is focused on finding properties where experience and knowledge can reposition assets and unlock additional value through management, renovation and timely dispositions. Dan Lederman
Mr. Lederman is the Founder and President of Townline Investments. He oversees acquisitions, day-to-day management of the firm, and property management.
He grew up surrounded by real estate as the grandson and great grandson of prominent real estate families that own and operate properties in the New York area (Manhattan Skyline Management and Punia and Marx).
Mr. Lederman‘s experience includes real estate construction, property management, and development. He has worked on such projects as Citi Field, home of the New York Mets and 205 East 59th Street, a luxury condominium project on Manhattan's upper east side.
Just prior to the creation of Townline, Mr. Lederman worked as an investment sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, one of New York's top real estate investment services firm.
Mr. Lederman is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
